We spent our New Year's Eve at Mirelle and Aaron's this year! The boys had lots of fun racing in the hall and trying to give Jaelyn hugs. We even got a game of kids Sequence in!
Every year for Christmas, the boys get a game. This year Ry's game was Sequence for kids! Something he could play with out needing to read! Here is our first go at playing!
After I had finished B's collage, Ry asked, "Where's mine Mom?" So I decided I would do one every year for each of the boys to frame outside between their bedroom doors. I'll post a picture when they are done hanging on the wall. (The time is picking the photos, once that is done, it's so easy with the new Stampin' Up software!)
Papa Ken coming to watch and keeping Ry occupied... Timbits of course! Another spectator from Seattle...his first time in a hockey rink...Reed! ...that's what little boys are made of....
Christmas number four commenced with opening of presents, then playing with presents, then playing with cousins, then eating a yummy dinner. As always it's always about the kids!
{Ry thinks, "Hey she has a drink too! I wonder if she will put it down, so I can get some more?"} {"I am being a good boy Mommy!"} {"Do you want to trade? Mine will taste better than yours!"}
In my family, my dad would always read the Christmas story before we did anything, so we carry this tradition on to our family. Then we open our stockings and presents together as a family. This year instead of stockings, we did the Operation Chirstmas Child shoeboxes.
The Truck collage, I made Clay from the boys for Christmas.
Thanks Liz for this delicious Christmas morning breakfast!
Ry got a skateboard from B, so after breaky he of course wanted to go try it out. There aren't many places that have a bright, warm sunshiney day for Chrismtas!
