B's photography skills:

Tip of the day: Make your children go to the bathroom before you trek up to the park. Estimated play time: 15 minutes

3-D Fun!

We went to Mission Silver City to see Ice Age 3-D Dawn of the Dinosaurs. Ry kept taking his glasses off (or they would fall off because they were too big!). A cute movie!

Gingerbread House a little late...

We bought the gingerbread house kit at Costco and we were so busy at Christmas, we decided to decorate it when things died down.

Ry loved putting the candies from one bowl to another...

Alder-rock Lake

We went to Aldergrove Lake with Mom's group this summer. B had hockey camp and Ry was a little lost as to what to do there without him. This used to be our summer hang out, but this year they replaced the sand with tiny poky rocks! This does NOT make good sand castles or moats.
Amelia sleeping in the shade--red shade!

Ry played with a crock-o-deel!

The Do's

B and Ry went to Gagan, Clay's hair dresser-- He had to cut their hair with scissors before he could use the clippers. They sat so still and serious.

(I didn't get a finished picture of Ry--see the next posts!)

Rainy Day Activity

We bought Ry an early birthday present--a BIG boy bike! He picked it out and rode it around Walmart while we finished shopping. This is Ry's inaugural bike ride--rainy day around Mill Lake! He didn't want his picture taken:

Ry did so well! He only fell a few times and got right back up again!
Half way:

B decided he wanted to go fast--to fast--he collided into Amelia in the stroller!
Some Timmy's afterward to warm up:

Do you have ten years to live? Double WOW!

"It is so comforting to know that God has (for some time now) been designing this new thing in my life. And He is currently orchestrating the climax of this story for His benefit, not mine. If I were to live my entire life with this type of understanding, with this clarity, what type of person would I be? How would I treat people differently? How much more often would I kiss my wife?

"Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom." - Psalm 90:12

Dear You,

You may (or may not) have 10 years to live.  What areyou going to do about it?"

Seattle

Here is a sneak peek of our visit! I can't seem to find our playground pics and the boys trip to the plane museum. I had a cool consult with Shannon Sewell and did a so cool fashion photo shoot.
Love his hand made little tie shirt:
